Synergetic Energy Pools, Inc., is an energy procurement consulting firm, licensed by the Maryland Public Service Commission (IR-1162). Synergetic is dedicated to strengthening local communities through the formation of commercial energy buying pools, in partnership with Chambers of Commerce and other member-based Associations.

The Synergetic management team is experienced in forming energy buying pools for Chambers of Commerce and Associations. President Bonnie J. Grady (a former Chamber of Commerce executive herself) has worked as a consultant for another firm, heading up their electricity cooperative program in multiple states.

Ms. Grady's combined experience in the Chamber industry and in energy procurement consulting provides the knowledge and skills required to develop and manage energy buying pools with dedication and superior customer service. Ms. Grady is former President/CEO of the Carroll County (MD) Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of Western Maryland College and the US Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management.

Joining Ms. Grady at Synergetic Energy Pool are Lynn Karr and Vicki Mahr. Each brings to Synergetic Energy Pools a background in the business and corporate world.

Ms. Karr's experience includes 20-plus years of professional management, including serving as the founding Director of the Carroll Technology Council in Westminster, MD. Ms. Karr has assisted in the management of energy cooperatives in Maryland, Delaware and Illinois.

Ms. Mahr has 19 years of proven manufacturing and product supply experience with Proctor & Gamble, after receiving her degree in Chemical Engineering. As Customer Marketing Logistics Manager, she was responsible for developing and executing strategic consumer product supply plans that supported marketing and sales initiatives.

The Synergetic team serves as an advocate for energy buying pool members throughout the term of their contracts. Our constant goal is to provide superior customer service to ensure fair rates, favorable terms and long-term budget certainty.
